About Us

Our court reporters are Certified Shorthand Reporters, Registered Professional Reporters, Registered Merit Reporters, Certified Realtime Reporters, and Notaries Public.  We cover Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.  Our transcribers are available to transcribe 2-track, 4-track, CourtSmart, FTR, and JAVS files and are on the Trial Court Approved Court Transcriber (ACT) list.  Our court reporters are highly skilled in medical and technical testimony as well as business litigation, insurance claims, domestic relations and probate litigation, product liability cases, automobile accident cases, and slip-and-fall cases.  We cover Equal Employment Opportunity Commission hearings, arbitration’s at the American Arbitration Association, and trial court when requested.

We are members of the Massachusetts Court Reporters Association and the National Court Reporters Association.  As members of these associations, we are required to attend continuing education seminars to maintain our certification and are guided by the National Court Reporters Association Code of Professional Ethics.

Recently our court reporters covered motions hearings in the Willie Evans, Executor of the Estate of  Marie R. Evans vs. Lorillard Tobacco Company, et al.  We covered depositions in the Ruggles Center vs. Beacon Construction, et al., matter, as well as Jessica Smithers vs. Trustees of Boston University, et al., and John Doe vs. Boy Scouts of America, et al.
